My Selected Items is an inquiry tool, not an online checkout. Opening WhatsApp or sending a message does not create a binding order. An order exists only after AIRWAVES WHOLESALERS confirms it.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid for the stated period or while stock lasts.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are agreed with the customer before dispatch. Risk and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing through WhatsApp.

Returns

Returns and warranty claims are handled according to the product type and the terms communicated at the time of purchase. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged or incorrect.
